Two new entries among Spiga Nord S.p.a. polyglycerols: Refined Technical polyglyceroland Technical polyglycerol.
Two blends of polyglycerols of vegetable origin, one as also underlined by the more refined “Refined Technical polyglycerol” vocabulary, have two purposes:
- Polymers with the function of plasticizer, anti-fogging agent (anti-fogging), antistatic and lubricant can increase the plasticity or fluidity characteristics of a material, making it more flexible and malleable for various purposes of use.
- Technical fluids such as drilling fluid (essential for all controlled horizontal drilling projects), hydraulic fluid (used by hydraulic systems as a flexible medium to surround the system), lubricant (for the care and protection of precision mechanisms)
Companies can also use those polyglycerols as raw materials for producing polyglycerol esters used as surfactants in the detergents, lubricants, and polymers sector.
Both products have obtained the KOSHER Certification, available for both packaged and bulk products. The Conformity will produce the monomer “Acids, aliphatic, monocarboxylic (C6-C22), esters with polyglycerol ”. They are registered with REACH.
As for shipping and logistics, they can be delivered in:
- Tankers for the delivery of bulk products
- IBC tanks in HDPE (Intermediate Bulk Containers) – capacity 1.250 kg
- Internally lacquered iron drums – 250 kg capacity
- HDPE jerry cans – 25 kg capacity
